This report summarises the ratings given by groups of respondents. For example, you could group all people in a particular department. The report is shown in a tabular format - both rows and columns can be defined. For example, you could show each department on a separate row, and have columns set up for different time periods (this month, last month, last year etc.)

The whole point of benchmarking is to get an idea of where a group of  responses (for a company, for example)  "sits" compared with standard data, or pre-determined requirements. You can look at individual questions, or groups of questions when comparing a group of responses to a benchmark. As shown below, the comparison can be made against a pre-determined benchmark, or "Normal Ranges" of other data in the survey.

What can I use this report for?
The Organisation Benchmark Report is used to rate an group of responses (such as the responses for a single organisation) against a benchmark and one or more "normal ranges" for other responses to the survey. Uses of this report include:
