Professional Quest 2007 has undergone one of the biggest overhauls of the 360 Degree Feedback system since its inception. Dipolar has provided customised 360 degree feedback "Dashboards" to our clients for a number of years. With the 2007 release of the software, we see the introduction of a configurable self-service dashboard as one of the optional modules available with the software. The way the dashboard runs can be seen in the diagram below:
The dashboard makes it possible to run anything from a completely self-service 360 degree feedback process in your organisation through to some hybrid of a centralised and self-service model. Participants can choose who will review them, and even print their own individual reports. Managers can produce reports on their staff, or on their division, region or company area. All this can be done with minimal administration.
