Flow Control - Flow Control is used to restrict the respondent from answering questions based on the particular answers entered by the respondent. In the Employee Satisfaction survey if the respondent is not part of the Customer Service Department then they will not see the questions about the Call Logging System. The survey will skip over these questions. |

HTML Content Tags - HTML Content tags are codes that can be placed within the content of a questionnaire. These codes are replaced with “fragments” of HTML code whenever the HTML version of the questionnaire is generated. An example is the text and picture inserted into the Introduction page of the Employee Satisfaction survey. An HTML Content Tag is used to achieve this. |
