The company's first product, Professional Quest, has become a class-leading product for the design, distribution and analysis of Web-based surveys. The first version of Professional Quest was developed in 1998 in response to a need for high quality survey software that was well-priced, feature-rich and flexible. It entered a marketplace dominated by relatively large companies who had developed products as a lead-in to expensive consulting, or small companies with weak unprofessional offerings. Since it's inception, Dipolar's Professional Quest software has been constantly improved and refined. The software now boasts a number of powerful modules designed for specific survey types, including 360 Degree Feedback surveys and Market Research surveys.
It became clear early on that there was plenty of room for a new, high-quality "out-of-the-box" survey solution, and our flagship Professional Quest range of products has been very successful.
